If all of the few selectable options to be voted for really amount to the same effects,J. Baker wrote:... and I'm not even sure if anyone's vote really matters.
how could the votes matter?
("David Icke" might also be an interesting keyword on such matters.
Do not blame me however if such a search will return any kind of different result...

I found it kind of strange, to be voting for faces to represent dictatorial powers for the next election period rather then for actual issues concerning peoples lives.
Those "representatives" are not even bound to implement, what they promised ...
didn't "Obama" kind of say such things?Inf0Byt3 wrote:... Ron Paul ... Plus he's opposed to wars ...
And didn't both drink / eat dinner / shake hands or such with GWB?
I also find it kind of strange to have the notion that groups, representatives thereof or something appearing in such a way,
could assume the moral right to take away individual rights ... even of non group members.
(Consider watching Philosophy on Liberty a.k.a. Liberty for Dummies.)
The "punishment" of victimless crimes could f.e. be considered criminal/morally wrong.
Having said such, I also consider, it could be right/just/fair/sensible, to declare the resources
of the earth to be the common heritage of its inhabitants...
