Following PDF would be very very interested for all ASM coders as its very good documentated and easy to read!!

If you don't want to spread the ip, then I don't think it's a good idea to offer the contents of that ip to anyone at all!
If it is public domain , freeware, or otherwise freely distributable
and you just need a public site to host the material,
I'm sure many here could assist with that!
(or submit it to one of the many dev resource sites out there)

Hmm! This seems to be a ftp files site possibly used with a website!
I wonder what "Tutorial" site these files belong too. *scratches head*

ok, as i discused with someone from the comunity it seems to be a public server and you dont need any login! so i hope all the stuff there is legal...

I can assure you some of the stuff there is NOT LEGAL to download!

EDIT:
I have to correct my opinion:
Seems like someone spent a lot of time to convert code-examples
of various books to asm. The original examples are C-code.
Still the legal issue of this has yet to be clarified.
Good programmers don't comment their code. It was hard to write, should be hard to read.
