If it is public domain , freeware, or otherwise freely distributable
and you just need a public site to host the material,
I'm sure many here could assist with that!
(or submit it to one of the many dev resource sites out there)

I have to correct my opinion:
Seems like someone spent a lot of time to convert code-examples
of various books to asm. The original examples are C-code.
Still the legal issue of this has yet to be clarified.

Good programmers don't comment their code. It was hard to write, should be hard to read.
