I made a new speeddemo of my engine, with frusumculling. It works fine on a VIA S3 Unichrome Graficscard in a Notebook(that means: about 35FPS after 10 seconds and then constant) http://www.senseflare.com/downloads/speed_test.zip
I'll hope that it works on your computer a bit better than on my business notebook. I'll try it tomorrow on my other PC. I am working now at low levels to make it more compatible to lower computers.

Well, what do you get when you rotate the camera to the universe, and not to the cubes?
It would be faster when I would draw more than this few spheres I think.
yeah you have to turn AWAY from the camera. The whole thing about this is that the new one uses a special way NOT to draw those things you cant see. the old one doesnt. so turn away from the cubes and tell the results again
