ok, all EXEs are now downloadable, so you can get the NeededTools.exe file now.

"Needed Tools" is not needed anymore, because jaPBe don't use gorc or reshacker anymore.

Any chance of showing the dates besides the files like before? That was the only way I could tell if I had the newest version and what version of japbe I have compared to what is available.
