Normally: No. For reading RSS feeds, you have different choices. There are special programs for that purpose, you can read them with browsers (e.g. Firefox), and you can read them e.g. with Thunderbird. Using Thunderbird, RSS feeds are still no e-mails, but the Look-and-Feel is pretty much similar. Additionally, some time ago I wrote a program that fetches RSS feeds, converts them to e-mails and stores them on a local mail server.
