By your unique definition of "full-time", Fred would have never updated PB during the years of his full-time job because no part-time work would have been done on PB.
IIRC, Fred's original reason for going back to a regular job a couple of years ago was not financial and was because he missed being in a work environment around others.
I am very glad to see PB will be getting more attention from Fred and that Fred is in a position to make this change.
