i would find it usefull to have an optional IDE setting to display version info
in the window title, like
"PureBasic410b4 - E:\sourcecode..."

Even if this feature wouldn't be implemented, you could easily "implement" it yourself with Ressource Hacker:

Useless for someone using a single, always the same, version of PB all the time, but very useful for anyone switching regularly between different versions of PB...

In such a case, he should configure different color schemes for your the PureBasic installations...

I also still call for the entire filename (with path) to be used in the Recent File
list, too, to differentiate between apps. Just the filename alone is not enough.
