I definitely remember Uridium. Top stuff! So is Paradroid next?
I encountered a problem though - the game crashed when I died by colliding with a turret. My 2D shoot-em-up skills have atrophied through lack of use.
Mind you as noone else has posted such a report, it's probably specific to my computer. :roll:

Parallax scrolling was around long before Uridium.
Uridium was the first game to have full screen scrolling at 50fps.
It was also deadly addictive.

I didn't think the C64 was capable of 50fps. Mind you I'm hardly the expert. I grew up on the Amstrad.
