Following: Some of our customers have very strange datafiles they want to import into our database. Datasets are divided into several lines.
Now want I want to do is to write a program which I can convert this file into our format and back. I do have the descriptions.

I just installed the final 3.94 on my SuSE 9.3 Prof. Unfortunately I always get a failure at compiling ;o(
It always says "gtk-config: command not found"
GTK2+ is installed, and through google I found out, that at this version gtk-config is called pkg-config (which exists).
What can I do now ...
