You need to start PureFORM as a jaPBe plugin.

From the PureFORM help file (FAQ) :
Q : How to configure PureFORM as a jaPBe plugin ?
A : Just copy PureFORM.exe to the %jaPBe%\Plugin directory. You will find PureFORM in the 'Tools' menu (you can edit this entry).
