unrar.dll und derren Urheber/Rechte

Ich habe eine Nachfrage,
ich habe die DLL-Datei "unrar.dll" und ein Source von "Paul Leischow" zum entpacken.
Ich möchte für mein Update benutzen und wollte euch fragen, ob das kostenlos ist und ob ich es für meine Programme benutzen darf.
Ich möchte nur sicher gehen, dass ich keine Urheber/Rechte verletze.
