Procedure Browser reset when anything is typed

1. Have a code with enough procedures so that the procedure browser can be scrolled.
2. Select the last procedure.
3. Start typing.
4. The procedure browser resets its scrolling position to 0.

I think this bug has been introduced with 6.30. It's annoying because the whole point of highlighting the current procedure in the procedure browser is to see it in the list
