Please use complete minaudio stuff for the lib

At the moment minaudio is only implemented by half.

For example:
all ma_waveform_* stuff is not in the lib.

At the moment it is not possible to crate a sound 'on the fly'

The full lib would be great but it's not quite straight forward as there are numerous functions that return and take structures as parameters and would need wrappers.
