I didn't watch the video but since "UFO" I'm assuming 2005 Chinese camera level quality and a lot of people who don't know what the right hand rule is..

If you want real UFO stuff just look for competent people talking about ABEP propulsion or the US Navy patents around proven field propulsion.. There is no unicorn element it's some form of electrostatic or field propulsion likely combined with meta materials.. It's highly unlikely any of it has biological pilots, because solving the problem of force around any dynamical system is basically solving forward-time-travel..

Let's do like they do in America: I can lay a live alien body on your desk right now, but only once you get a clearance you're guaranteed to not get.. Now buy my products and give me views on my redundant and repetitive podcast that is only people who basically stopped learning math at fractions!!

I simply filmed with my phone, in zoom mode and without the zoom. I do not walk around with a high-speed camera. The object was almost hovering when I saw it and when I started filming I saw a flash before it moved very slowly and disappeared after a few minutes. I made a report with a complete file to GEIPAN, the French organization responsible for investigations into PAN or UFOs. They must contact me as soon as they have identified or not the flying machine.

Just watched it.. If you used estimated distance and frame to calculate it's speed it would coincidently be going the speed of a consumer drone or helium-electric craft.. Aliens must be terrified of a mid twentieth century biplane or drunk with a shotgun..

I saw an orb a few years back which I initially thought was a balloon, I guessed it was 2 to 3 meters wide but what made me question that premise was that the yachts sailing by heading back to the city, they were on starboard reach in a 10kt north easterly, The balloon was flying into the wind! By the time I got a camera it was to late. it must have been doing something like 50kts to 80kts over ground to cover the distance I could see it.

The Chinese balloon flying over the USA a little over a year ago was as big as 3 buses (according to the journalist). I think it's also a balloon in the video.

It is certainly a satellite, which is rolling around itself. Generally, the satellites have any mirrors. And the flash is the light of the sun.

One time I saw a meteorite which put the light on the mountains on. I phoned the rescue. I tried to explain the surprise of the big speed and of the strong light. But, I had to let them to work, after observing there was no danger.

You are French; did you ever hear of the COMETA report?

So many theories about UFOs/UAPs…

I just like the fact documented engineering already exists that make the Mach ~18 trans-medium craft possible, but anyone with a name in the scene still says it can only be stuff not on the periodic table with some impossible to know propulsion.. The electrostatic and field-theory work is almost a century old, even..

Even funnier that the US Navy made the patents on one of the two ways widely public to the point it's a the top of a lot of primitive search queries.. The scientist(Dr. Salvatore Cezar Pais) does podcasts . Ning Li did the work even earlier, but never filed patents and died..

It's right hand rule stuff that is just hard to manufacture..

Interesting video. Thanks for posting. Can I ask how did the sighting end?

Hello,
In fact the craft continued its route very slowly. It took about 5 minutes to disappear from my sight. I did not see it again. I sent a report to GEIPAN from which I await the return after investigation.
I will post a message when I have an answer, whether it is a UFO or not. We will see what the experts will say about it.

Hello,
Yes, I know the COMETA report. It is more than 20 years old but still relevant, with the developments that we know today. A vast subject that continues to grow and reveal itself...
