solved: a problem with pure basic online account

hello
I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this question, but I am not sure which section this fits into
recently, I've been trying to reset the password to my pure basic account so I could download pure basic on my device, however, no matter how many times I clicked on the reset button, waited for an email, in junk/spam or normal mail, I get nothing, I tried contacting support about 2 days ago, and got no response, normally, I would wait a day or 2 longer, however, the first time I tried to reset was about a week ago so I'm concerned that perhaps all the mails incoming from pure basic emails is somehow being completely blocked? Waht confused and concerned me more is that, when I tried reseting my password to this forum I got the same problem, so I was forced to create a new account, this one
I am confedent I'm using the correct email and that it's working, as I said I did check the spam/junk folders and there was nothing, so I'm confused
for reference, the email provider I used for my accounts is an icloud email, so maybe perhaps it auto blocks all of the pb emails?
