Set Registry Permissions to SYSTEM

I searched about setting permissions for registry keys, and couldn't find any related topics.

How do I set the access and modify permission of the key #HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\My-App\Key-Permission to the SYSTEM user, instead of EVERYONE like it is now ?
PB 5.x + 6.x + Win10. Feel the ...Pure... Power.
