Server 2022, was not able to execute the PB installer

On a Windows Server 2022 I was not able to start the PB Setup program via double click.
After searching for a longer time I found a message in a CMD window (I pressed shift plus double click in TotalCommander):

File PureBasic_Windows_X64_LTS_6.04_ not found.

But after auto complete the filename in CMD, I was able to start it.

It looks that the windows GUI stuff (Explorer and TotalCommander) don't like () in filenames for execution.
