Problem with shortcuts in Word 2013
Purchased Office 2013 was installed on two computers. One computer has Win 10 and the other 7. On both, every now and then, the keyboard shortcuts are replaced with other ones. Eg instead of Ctrl + V for pasting, it has Ctrl + Insert. All shortcuts, copy, cut, paste, undo, redo etc are replaced by others. We change them to Ctrl + C, X, V, Z, A etc and after some time the irrelevant ones return. I have never come across it before. What is going on? How can I set not to change again? This problem appears with Word. No problem in Excel.

I don't know if this still holds true for that version of Office but at one stage things like shortcut key settings were stored inside a document or a template. Check first if this does apply you that version still.
Have a look at the open and recent documents list to see if there are any particular file in common on the affected machines which might be the cause of the problem.
If that doesn't help, check for non-standard template files. There's (potentially) a document template in the default data directory, (potentially) a user profile based document template in the user profile data directory, just to make things really complicated.
See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/off ... n-us&ad=us too.
