I'm moving out, so also my 'mans cave' is moving.
And I found a lot of stuff I never remember that I still have this ...

Me too! I remember playing Breakout on the Atari CX2600 when it was only a couple of years old, Space Invaders and Asteroids too!
That may have some value if you aren't nostalgically attached to it, the Apple II seems to be experiencing a retro revival at present...

I still fondly remember my very first software development platform.

ps: actually it was not very "fondly" at all. It was a very frustrating (and very short) beginning :D
pps: Atari VCS 2600 Basic (includes pictures of the original keypad overlays)

If so, then there's a lot of old guys around here (including me)
MacBook Pro 16" M4 Pro - 24 Gb - MacOS 15.4.1 - Iphone 15 Pro Max - iPad at home
...and unfortunately... Windows at work...

Yeah, you're old. Me too! Here's my earliest computer book (I was 12):

Always a fascinating topic this and thanks to Marc for posting it — I think many of us appear to have come of age during the early 1980s, perhaps the heyday of microcomputers and arguably one of the most engaging times in technology, when many machines differed considerably from each other. I learned to programme at school in 1981 and owned an EACA Genie I micro with twin floppy discs, 48 Kb expansion unit and the LDOS operating system. I wrote in Z80 assembler occasionally and learnt it as an extra course at college, but I've totally forgotten it :D

you may be an old guy, but at least you had the fortune to generally hear decent music.
