Hello PB_ALL
As most PB users will know sometimes searching for something before posting can be a just little frustrating.
When I was more involved in PB as I came across posts that I thought would be useful or covering something I hadn't come across before I would save the details into a MemPad file in alpha order in relation to the actual issue. As we all know searching for an item may result in nothing if only headers are selected. Or hundreds if the text and headers are being searched. Additionally, some posters refer to issues with something other than what may be a "standard" (to me) description, or spell some of the header incorrectly. The file is arranged in main headings often with subgroups as applicable. For instance, File I/O, Database, Colour Settings and language references. I haven't updated the file for some time but nonetheless that doesn't detract from its usefulness.
I thought that this file may be helpful to new users in particular but I cannot see anywhere that I may post it onto the forum. Is there a way that I can post the file?
MemPad, written in PureBasic, is available from Horst Schaeffer's website at https://www.horstmuc.de/wmem.htm
If you donated £30 or so it is well worth it and money well spent. It is one of my most often used programs.
P.S. It's pretty much a Purebasic manual and reference
