SVN commit Notification

Hello Everybody,

Using Visual SVN Server, I'm looking for a good svn commit notification (by mail), like >> subversionnotify << (using it until now) which seems to be deprecated since 2009, and does not support tls.
Before trying to create one with Purebasic, just wanted to know if someone has (or uses) an equivalent.

I know I have the possibility >> to Configure Email Notifications in VisualSVN Server <<, but wanted to do a little bit better.
