Apple App Store Submission Steps for PB App?

Hi,
I'm seeking to know and understand the specific detailed steps of preparing and submitting a PB App to the Apple App Store that can afterwards be downloaded by others. I've read a range of material from Apple and posts previously submitted to this Board and that has left me confused. Has anyone successfully and repeatedly done this, and if so, can you provide a summary in bullet point form in sequence? I think this would also be a worthy addition to PB documentation efforts.

Should be working with Xcode 15 as well, I used it a few weeks ago.
