Is there any way to disable keys like CTRL and SHIFT to have effect on the OS, only on the webview?

I'm creating games using the webview in pb
Is there any way to disable keys like CTRL and SHIFT to have effect on the OS, only on the webview?
for example : CTRL + DOWN or CTRL + UP all ( these 2 commands open all open windows on the desktop )

does anyone know how i prevent the operating system shortcuts and focus only on the webview itself?
