Latest COMate download

Hello everyone, some searching shows that using COMate by srod is the best way to access ActiveX components... but posts are old. Is COMate still supported and available? Is there a website or download link?

Yeah I saw that one. When I click it I get to a website in german, but no download, it just sits there. No obvious link to it.
