When for remember the color code, i'm forcing to learn this big sentence (in french) which doesn't mean much

A person gave me a picture where there are 5 and 6 bands on the resistor. I replied that these are precision resistors that are used in measuring instruments. 20-30 years ago, when I soldered resistors out of TVs and put them in boxes with a label, at that time I always had 4 bands. Now I don’t want to redo it, I don’t know how relevant it is.
