[Implemented] PdfVectorOutput( for windows please )

Hello, i was looking how to pass image archives to pdf and see in the manual this PdfVectorOutput(Filename$, Width.d, Height.d [, Unit])...
I think will bre good idea include this function for windows too in future issues.
