X Media Player

Post by nci »

Hey guys, I'm new to PB. I have been seriously been considering
re-writing X Media Player in PureBasic. Right now it is made with VB6
You can find it at http://xmedia.sphosting.com If successful
I will probably release it as version 4. I think that if I re-write in it PB
it will be way better (if PB can meet certain requirements.)

I could relly use your help in re-writing it. X Media Player is Freeware.

PureBasic is perfectly able to do the task, however if your using windows codecs from windows, to identify and display infomation about your media, then you might have a bit of an up hill climb.

Nope, using FMOD. :D
The only thing I need is a flexible Skin interface. I need mousemove and
mousedown events so I can make images change.
