Instant engrish

Post by aszid »

well, that last one reminded me of this one... a way to confuse english nearly beyond recognition. it's very funny too.

simple go to babelfish - http://www.altavista.com/babelfish

enter some english text in the box and translate it to japanese (or any other language for that matter)

then copy the translated text into the main box, and translate it back into english.

voila, instant fun for the whole family!

I've done it in the past.
It can be quite humourous!

Have you ever tried the dialectizer at Rinkworks.com ?
http://www.rinkworks.com/dialect/
It`s a great way to waste a rainy Sunday afternoon..

For example, PureBasics front page as written by Elmer Fudd...

I once got so bored, I read Alice In Wonderland translated in Jive !

Babelfish is even more funny if I
  • Type in a german text
  • translate it to english
  • translate it to japanese
  • translate it back to english
  • translate it back to german
The result is just too funny for me (I need AIR!!!)

respect to you, aszid.
