SweetyVD Fork ---- PreFix/PostFix Variables

Hi To All. Here is my fork of ChrisR`s SweetyVD. Created two gadgets Variable Prefix Variable and optional PostFix, You can change the prefix and postfix before code generation to your desired pre/post/fix.
The changes are checked at each code generation and save to the ini file. this is ChrisR`s lastest SweetyVD 1.9.25 Thanks ChrisR

Hi ChrisR Yes I would be honoured for you to add it to original fork. And Any more work I do will be in the same spirit as you originally release as OpenSource. maybe GNU General Public License (GPLv3) ?

However I think that i will move the Prefix StringGadget and PostFix CheckBox to the Create Form Window.
I think it's better there and it allow not overload the main window.
Otherwise, I don't know much about licence to protect a bit the source code.
