[Implemented] SetGadgetItemColor() for MacOS X

Unfortunately SetGadgetItemColor() is still not implemented for MacOS X. Since I needed this recently to colorize single cells in a ListIconGadget on MacOS X, I have demonstrated in this cross-platform workaround how it might be implemented.
