Change request: don't drop selection when missclicked

This wish related to CTRL key..
Now when I selecting elements by clicking on them and miss, selection is dropped
With CTRL key pressed it should be disabled.

The IDE will have a hard time deciding what is a deliberate miss and what is an accidental miss?

Nonsense! )))) With selection toggling and CTRL key pressed it will be very easy decision)

i agree, while ctrl is down, clicking on the window should not drop the selection. also clicking on an already selected gadget, while ctrl is down, should unselect that gadget. and you shouldnt be able to move the gadgets while ctrl is down.
