Laggy mouse with 5.40

Does anyone else have problems with that code ? The mouse is laggy and barely moves. Linux Mint 17.2. It worked fine with the early betas of 5.40.

No lag here. you may use a roccat mouse (or gamer mouse with to high sensibility). If yes, try with a "normal" mouse to see if i'm right.
