Starting Purebasic in MacOSX

I started PureBasic, and try to run.

I get an Linker Error:
Agreeing to the Xcode/iOS license requires admin privileges, please re-run as root via sudo.

What to do now?

First start XCode, agree to the things you need to agree to, close it and then start PureBasic.
