The tools Panel is very practical to have, but its operation
(having to detour through the preferences dialog) lacks flexibility.
It sure would be nice if we could add/remove built-in tools on the fly.
Perhaps with a checkbox in front of entries in the Tools menu ?
checked : the tool appears in the panel
unchecked : the tool gets removed
