Baby X is a program that imitates the biological processes of learning
including association, conditioning and reinforcement learning.
As if animation research isn't enough, Mark's taken on machine learning and the results are pretty amazing.
It wouldn't surprise me if he'd be the first person to create a true AI

Re: Baby X
Thanks ! There's a lot of efforts on visual feedback, and 3D graphism. I wonder also if the creators have this special feeling of "let it go"...?

I like logic, hence I dislike humans but love computers.

Err, is this real? I mean, is this program learning new things? And can it use these learned things in another case?
This would be the start of an human Robot...
Do you know the movie A.I. - Artificial Intelligence?

It looks real, it learns but can it use learned things in another case I have no idea.Bananenfreak wrote:Err, is this real? I mean, is this program learning new things? And can it use these learned things in another case?

I just find it creepy knowing that it's Mark's creation, having known him since childhood
and being aware of his talents and genius there'll be an unstated goal and he won't
say what it is until he's done it.
