For the last couple of weeks whenever I open a PB related website (Purebasic.com, Forum EN FR DE) Peerblock blocks the following IP: 195.154.91.148 (https://www.iblocklist.com/search.php?s ... 154.91.148)
Although it's pretty simple to "unblock" the IP in Peerblock (right-click -> allow permanently) locally, some people might think that Purebasic.com is not safe to visit!
Interesting luis, and like you say not much can be done about it. Have been in similar situations. Not fun having no control over something thats obviously not right.
If you are referring to my post, it's beyond laziness. It's an uncaring attitude and it's not atypical at all in the antivirus industry.
It's not a false positive in their myopic minds and that's it.
They just swept out under the rug all I said and simply moved on. No meaningful reply to the objections I have raised.
Sincerely I'm more saddened by that than anything else, but as I wrote I cannot waste more time on them knowing it would be utterly useless.
Any idiot can go around and yell "it's a virus!" (or "it's a bad place!" in this case) pointing to this or that. Short of using a flamethrower on him, I don't have a practical solution, beyond the hope people will start to use their brain instead of blindly following what they read on the screen. Certainly they will not influence my decision of what compiler I will use or where I will host my pages or anything like that, especially when they are wrong and obtuse beyond redemption.
