I still haven't received my copy of PureBasic unf.
Can someone tell me if this works with your non-demo version of PureBasic.
I wonder if the directory structure is the same.
Visit PBDev - PureBasic Developer via:
http://www.hellobasic.com/
There is this full installation in the middle.
Thanks,

It's not needed if your PureBasic was installed properly (not a copy from... network or so)
The question does exist if the registry key is the same for demo as original app.
If the same PBDev does not require to have such a dialog.
The regkey i peek is:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\PureBasic.exe\shell\open\command
If you have another regkey, let me know.
(I'm awaiting my original version, can't wait

2) Normal, you don't have a licence
3)
This is a misunderstanding, you prob. used F8 to see the code in the PureBasic editor.
This will hide PBDev until PureBasic is closed.
It's ment for debugging only.
Use F5 for compiling, there is noi real need to use F8 until you see fit.
5) is prob. the same as 3, however i'm curious about the frose since it should be hidden until PureBasic editor is closed (see 3)
PBDev is ment to be the IDE and simply runs the compiler with the generated code.
The code is not ment to be stored, the project should generate the code each time you wish to compile.
You can add modules for all purposes, no need to use an alternative editor.
Unless you wish so of course, then you should include these files in the modules project tv.
Thats all optional.
Should work as click-and-go..

OK, please give it another try.
The full filename to purebasic.exe can now be entered in the environments dialog.
PBDev will notify you anyway and shows this dialog on F5
Hopefully the additionally used filenames do not differ from the demo.
---------
I contacted support this morning, i sent an envelope with 60 Euro last friday.
The man does not reply anyway..??
I hate the waiting

This app is still under development and will always be so, similar to VD for PowerBASIC which was created last year march.
You don't have to worrie that much that you'll need to buy a new update, never been done with VD yet.
I just uploaded a newer version, the filefilter used with external modules is now PureBasic related.
The help is still missing, i'm trying to write a small one this weekend.
Remember the most important features.
F5 for compile
F8 for debugging, should not be used for saving and using the generated code.
A better 'compile error in line, jump to module' must still be implemented.
F4 to reset focus to projectTV, (no need to use the mouse)
Activated form, press F7 to edit it's callback code.
In the near future (most likely) it will not generate the callback if all code is removed.
DLLMain is incorrect right now, will be a single procedure with select statement (as the original dllentrypoint)
