Hi!
To move the sky like in Quake or in real world it would be good to a have a RotateSkybox(x,y,z) and RotateSkyDome(x,y,z) command. Or is there another way to control both features?

Yes, you're right. The Skydome is moving, but i can't set the direction or speed of the movement.
What i need for my game is a very slow rotating SkyBox. I can rotate the camera to do it, but then all my objects also rotate. It might be possible to reposition all objects to negate the rotation of the camera, but in my opinion it's to complicated to do.
