Enhancement Request [PB5.20]
This is a tiny nit-pick ~ the window form being designed is always shown in the top left-hand corner. If the form is bigger than the Design region, scrollbars appear accordingly. I'd like the scrollbars to be there permanently, as I'd prefer to view the form central to the Design region.
