[Implemented] XP skin support

Got an idea for enhancing PureBasic? New command(s) you'd like to see?

I feel the text "Enable XP Skin Support" found in both the PureBasic settings and the Compiler settings should be changed to "Theme Support" as it now applies to more than just Windows XP.
