Form-Designer displace content with toolbar

Hi,

if you have a toolbar in your form, all other gadgets will be placed to far down.

Here is the screenshot of the form designer:


And here is the runtime window:


I think you have to subtract the toolbar height from the y-position.

This happens in PB 5.11 and PB 5.20 B2.
