With PB-IDE:
I can copy from Host (Windows or Linux) to Guest (Windows or Linux)
I can copy from Guest Windows to Host (Windows or Linux)
But i can't copy from Guest Linux to Host (Windows or Linux)
No problem with Gedit or other Texteditors!

No problem with VMWare, and I don't think we should investigate such cases, as it's VM relative.
