IDE: Alt+B works not correct with a german language IDE

That's correct. No bug.
Use [Ctrl]+[Shift]+ for removing comments. This keyboard shortcut has been changed a while ago.

Thomas, I've got a suggestion:
We both will again install PB 5.10 Beta 5 into an empty directory, then start it with the /PORTABLE switch, and then post here what we see in that menu. OK?

Do this and test. Why should we do the same?
I have never changed this, i use always the mouse and not any shortcut in the ide.

Are you using an old preference file?
I did according to my above suggestion, and it looked like this:

The prefsfile is created by the PB5.00 Version. I have only imported colors and foldingwords from my systemprefs.

But the bug is only fixed when unchanged old Preffiles are automatically adjusted.
