[PB5.10b3] missing gadget properties

Hi,

1.It is possible to set a button as #PB_Button_Toggle. Then it would be very useful to activate the toggle in that case.

2. A feature for setting the default values of spingadgets would be great. Why not use the caption field for that purpose?
