[Implemented] Scrollbars ?

Got an idea for enhancing PureBasic? New command(s) you'd like to see?

How about some Scroll Bars Fred :) .

Please don't respond with 100-200 lines of code for an alternative. I've seen some allready on this forum, and to be honest its a bit much if I only want to create one scrollbar.

I asked for this back in December of 2001 without any luck too.

I don't know how PB can be taken seriously without support for some of the most basic controls. :/

C'mon Fred. No more fancy stuff. 3D is nice and all, but PB doesn't have the following it should because it doesn't support some very basic stuff that NEEDS to be in the package. Scrollbars are one (two if you count horizontal and vertical as separate entities).

I agree, it is frustrating to see more support for advanced features when there are missing basic features.

I agree too.
More GUI features / String functions / Double precision and less gaming stuff : what I need is a programming language (and PB is a good one ), not a game tool kit.

Hey guys... That "Ok, Ok" sounds promising. :)

I think we may have talked him into it. Wanna go into more detail Fred? :)
