Is there a way to see what headers are going to and from through the webgadget/ie ? For FireFox there is an addon called LiveHTTPHeaders which captures everything or maybe I can use a tool like wireshark?
Suggestions?

Wireshark is the way to go, just use the simple capture all network card activity option and then apply the http filter to the results - it works well
