Suggestion for the forums

I am not sure if this fits here, but i haven't really seen any other section dedicated to this so ill post it here, if there is still a more suitable section for it, please move it.

OK: Well i have used Small Basic before Pure Basic and i liked it <.<, and i noticed the usage of answered and un-answered threads, and i bet it would be a great addition to the website, because now you gota check the thread yourself, sometimes carefully to see if it was answered yet, but with this addition anyone will be able to approve the best answer and by doing so thread would be marked as closed, and the author could un-propose the answer.

Well i don't know if you guys would like it, or if this will be easy for Fred and his team to do or even wanted, but i do believe this to be a good idea, maybe someone proposed this before, i haven't checked...

I prefer things the way they are - there is almost always more than one way to do something, and sometimes someone comes along and updates an old post with a brilliant idea. Many of the posts have good methods and bad methods proposed, but I certainly don't want someone else to decide for me that 'method Z' must be used.
