I am not a "stripes" guy, but other than that it's clean and simple to navigate.

I don't like the drop shadows with the text in the drop down menus. Looks messy to me.

Other than that... very nice.

Oops; scripts disabled, so I didn't see that. I agree, they are cluttered, and the white becomes difficult to read.

Thanks for the replies - you can always count on honest opinions from the people here ! Has anyone viewed it from a mobile phone ?

Yes, didn't see any errors but the menu structure is a little hard to navigate through on the phone.

Got rid of the drop-shadows & white text in the drop-down menus and replaced with underlined black text.
Also fixed some other quirks in the navigation bar. I think you all were absolutely correct and it is 100% better
functionally & visually after acting on your suggestions. Should be better on most mobile phones too, though I
think my minimal target is smart phones with at least a 480x320 display in landscape mode. Thanks again.

I'm testing on an LG Optimus V with Opera mobile also and it seems to work fine for me now, both with the user agent mode set to 'Mobile' and 'desktop' :D

Can't seem to drop the menus down on my android browser or opera mini. Is there some trick to doing it on a tablet?

Site looks good though.

Thanks.

No trick - just click the button on the main menu bar or a link in the sub-menus. I've tested on at least a dozen
Android phone models with different Android versions and they all work fine, using the stock Android browser
and Skyfire, Opera and Firefox for mobiles. Same with Chrome, Firefox, IE and Opera browsers on Windows,
Linux and Apple desktop / laptop devices. Don't have access to any Android tablets but I would think there would
be no difference between an Android phone and a tablet. What model are you using ?

That is strange - the site is pure HTML/CSS !
You're the only one having that problem. Maybe there's an issue with the tablet ?!?
Maybe the browser needs a fresh install / update ...
