Well, I created "GamePad 4 Flash" back in 2004 for Windows. Now I just ported it to Mac under the name "Joi". I changed the name just for the fact it's now not targeted at online flash games. It can be played for that as well as html5 games and it even runs behind fullscreen games on Mac.
